Is the Exostride product suitable for medical use?
Exostride exoskeleton is designed to support daily movements such as walking, hiking, or running by assisting leg activity and reducing fatigue. However, it is a consumer-grade product and has not received medical device certification. For safety reasons, we do not recommend using Exostride for medical purposes. If you have any health concerns, it is advisable to consult a professional doctor before use.
Does wearing an exoskeleton cause muscle atrophy?
No. Exostride uses an intelligent power-assist system that provides moderate assistance only during specific movement phases (such as lifting the leg or climbing), helping to reduce peak muscle load and delay the onset of fatigue. Users still need to actively exert force and maintain body balance, and the muscles remain in a state of daily exercise, so normal use will not cause muscle atrophy.
